A series of panoramas captured daily with the iPhone app 360
[which uses image alignment and image stitching algorithms].
I’m currently experimenting with stitching together photographs
taken from different vantage points and at different times in order
to create singular panoramas encoding unexpected spatio-temporal
relationships. I’ve also begun to utilize the idiosyncrasies and glitches
inherent to the program in order to create fragmented and piecemeal
spaces. This panoramic medium is highly extensible in that it creates
[and reconstitutes] a navigable image space from which one can
then extract countless photographs.
3D transforms are supported in newer browsers.
